At the time of booking, a credit card (Visa or MasterCard, number, expiration date, and cardholder's name) was required to guarantee the reservation, and an amount of €40.00 per person was virtually held on the card.

To maintain a high quality of service and the experience offered, the pre-authorized amount corresponds to the minimum consumption required per person, which will be charged at the time of billing.

Cancellation Policy.

In the event of a late cancellation (24 hours before the dinner date) or no-show, the pre-authorized amount will be fully charged. The reservation can be canceled free of charge on the same day of the dinner only in case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the use of the terrace.

Starting at 7 PM, Terrazza Firenze is exclusively reserved for restaurant service. Those who reserve a table on Terrazza Firenze solely to use the Sky Bar services must adhere to the same conditions and cancellation policy previously stated.
